Welcome

Hi, to all those who do not no me, my name is Nicholes. My Disneyland obsession is a recent thing. As a child I only went to Disneyland one time (when I was about 10), but since being married my wife and I have become addicted to Disneyland. We have been twice in the last year and are currently planning another trip. This blog will hopefully be a resource to you for planning a Disneyland trip. Both, all out expensive or going as cheap as possible. We have done both and have enjoyed both. There will also be links to othe sites that have helped me plan my trips.

Been to Disneyland and can't find a ride that you remember?

Part of being a Disneyland fanatic includes checking into the history of Disneyland. I have a site I highly recommend for some good old fashioned nostalgia for those of you who do remember, as well as those curious  about the Disneyland they never saw. Perhaps your planning a trip and you remember that one ride you loved, but perhaps it might not be there anymore! That wouldn't be effective planning now would it. As you may know I plan my Disneyland ride/attraction visitation schedule well in advance of an upcoming trip. During one trip planning session my spouse and I were talking about certain rides. We recalled one that we remembered but noticed we hadn't seen on out last trip. That is how we found Yesterland. Yesterland has pictures and details of all the Closed rides, attraction, shows, stores, parades from Disneyland and Disney California adventure. It is a wonderful website to visit. I warn you, you can spend a lot of time there. Its a  great site.  www.yesterland.com

Here is a picture of Skyway ride that still is in Fantasyland today, albeit shrouded by large trees.  It is right in the very corner of Fantasyland, up slightly from the ground. across from the Pinocchio restaurant, Village Haus, and Next to Casey Jr. You can pictures of it in its full glory at  Yesterland.com
